About the Role

• Design, build, and optimize intelligent chatbot systems that leverage Azure AI Search and OpenAI technologies.
• Building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)pipelines, improving embedding strategies, and fine-tuning model prompts for high accuracy and performance within enterprise environments.
• Design and implement RAG-based chatbot architectures using Azure AI Search and OpenAI APIs.
• Build, evaluate, and optimize embedding models, prompt engineering, and semantic search pipelines.
• Develop scalable data pipelines to support AI-driven applications.
• Collaborate with data engineers and developers to integrate AI models into enterprise systems (e.g. Teams, SharePoint).
• Conduct continuous model testing, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Ensure responsible AI deployment by adhering to data privacy and governance standards.

How You’ll Connect to the Role:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in AI/ML model development or MLOps.
• Proficiency in Python, Azure Cognitive Services, OpenAI API, and LangChain/RAG frameworks.
• Solid understanding of LLMs, embeddings, and NLP concepts.
• Experience deploying ML models in production environments (Azure preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

About the Role:

• Play a key role in building the foundation that powers our intelligent solutions.
• Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines, ensuring seamless integration between systems like SharePoint, Total Synergy, and QA platforms to support AI and automation initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for large-scale data integration.
• Connect and synchronize data across SharePoint, Total Synergy, and internal systems.
• Collaborate with the AI/ML Engineer to provide clean, structured data for training and analytics.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across multiple sources.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and performance improvements for data workflows.

How You’ll Connect to the Role:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Engineering, or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in data engineering or data integration.
• Strong proficiency with Azure Data Factory, SQL, Python, and Power BI (or similar tools).
• Experience with SharePoint APIs or enterprise integration tools.
• Solid understanding of data modelling, data warehousing, and API-based integrations.
• Strong documentation and problem-solving skills.

The Role

• Manage engineering and technical aspects of civil construction projects
• Prepare, monitor, and review project programs, budgets, and cost forecasts
• Oversee procurement of materials, subcontractors, and equipment
• Ensure compliance with OH&S, environmental, and quality systems
• Provide leadership and mentoring to junior engineers and site staff
• Undertake contract administration including progress claims, variations, and reporting
• Work collaboratively with Project Managers, clients, and consultants to achieve project outcomes
• Drive continuous improvement and value engineering initiatives

How You’ll Connect to the Role:

• Proven experience as a Project Engineer/Senior Project Engineer in civil construction
• Strong technical knowledge of civil works including earthworks, road construction, drainage, and utilities
• Excellent problem-solving, organisational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in cost control and contract administration
• Proficiency in project management and engineering software
• Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or related discipline (essential)
• Current driver’s licence
