The Role
Management - Manage all subscription client accounts, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery as well as end-to-end recruitment across a wide range of position levels — from junior site roles through to senior executive appointments.
Follow up on all new roles and obtain detailed job briefs.
Relationships - Build and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, internal HR teams, and business leaders. Manage all candidate communications through to offer and placement stage. Work closely with the Director to ensure client delivery meets expectations.
Account & Recruitment Delivery - Ensure recruitment activity aligns with agreed service levels and partnership terms.
Track and report client activity, open roles, and placements using internal systems (CRM).
Write and post engaging, on-brand job advertisements and source, screen, and shortlist high-quality candidates.
Conduct reference checks, coordinate interviews, and support negotiation processes. Maintain an active and relevant talent pipeline.
Contribute insights to pipeline reviews, market updates, and reports
Support continuous improvement of internal recruitment systems and processes.
